 er 2026 for the academic year 2026 to 2027. This requirement is a condit
 ion of the Inclusive Mainstream Fund and\napplies to all maintained scho
 ols\, academies\, free schools\, and city technology colleges that recei
 ve the fund. The strategy must cover the barriers to learning and partic
 ipation\nfaced by the school's cohort\, the activities being invested in
  to alleviate those barriers\, the expected outcomes\, and the costs ass
