 ADY is a long-term hearts and minds approach\, aiming to help schools re
 alise the untapped potential of our disadvantaged learners.\nThis sessio
 n is designed to help governors/trustees understand the RADY principles 
 within Cheshire East. It also aims to give an overview of its approach\,
  with examples from local\nschools and provide some questions around dis
 advantage which delegates can take back to their school\, regardless of 
 whether they are currently part of the programme or not.\nFor further de
