 ll provide governors/trustees with an understanding of how pupils are as
 sessed in each key stage\, from Early Years to Key Stage 2\, whilst aimi
 ng to clarify what boards should know about assessment and how they can 
 develop that knowledge whilst remaining strategic\, regardless of educat
