East Cheshire Association of Primary Headteachers (eCAPH) requires a two year commitment.
The current 2 year period is September 2024 – August 2026.
Following feedback from members the pricing structure is based on student numbers to make it fairer for smaller schools.
The annual formula is £300 per school plus £1.75 per child
The students on roll will be based on the October census used to determine that year’s contribution, i.e. 2024-25 will be based on October 2023 and 2025-26 will use October 2024 data.
If membership remains unpaid after the first term, access to membership services will be suspended until payment is received.
This membership format and formula will be reviewed every two years. Discussions and voting on any membership changes will be held during eCAPH’s AGM (Summer term conference). All member school representatives may vote.
